Cities like Lafia, Keffi, Akwanga, Lokoja, Dikko etc are cities that will grow X20 in population in no time.
You don't need much,
Get lands in any of these cities and set up dry shops that you will use to distribute for Dufil, Golden Penny, BUA and Nestle.
The competition in Abuja is getting tight, first movers advantage can be found easily in these cities I have listed.
There are multiple Lagos based businesses that are the future. Partner with them quickly for expansion into these cities. Companies like Ayoola and the likes. Become their distributors early and sign and sole distribution deal with them for 15 years. A fair gamble.

When FCDA land was 250k a plot in Kuje I was telling people that Kuje will be a regular settlement that people go to work from, they argued. Now Kuje sells a plot for 15 million.
