I have always said you get what you pay for and over the years have been excellent. However it turns out to be a shambles when what’s in the box is not what you have paid for! Returns policy clearly states bought in store return to any store.

It may only be a few pounds but it is the principle. I paid £26 for golf balls at the Riverside Northampton branch but when I opened the box they were a cheaper version. Took them to my local branch at Rushden Lakes to be told they couldn’t take them back or replace them
