There is much discussion about the 4th Amendment when it comes to Flock. An important issue to be sure, but have you considered how this surveillance network will harm the 1st Amendment?

The 4th protects our reasonable expectation of privacy and blunts government intimidation. In the absence of privacy, where else can truly free expression flourish?
