The most important thing a GM needs to do is step up and volunteer to BE A GM. If you've done that you qualify. I believe no matter what you do you should always strive to get better with practice but particularly for GMs if you have willfully taken on the job, then you qualify.

@naslacker That's why I don't do it. I think the best thing is to unfollow, ignore, encourage others to do so, and let them wallow in obscurity. These people are no different from the wacky soap box sign holders. Why do we need to give them attention just because they are on social media?
