@Verizon your chat help is totally worthless. I’ve been chatting with your folks for over 2 hours. What kind of customer service is that? Your store misrepresented for a purchase and cannot get satisfaction. Over two hours how bad is that?
@LadyVol_Hoops my wife and I have been season-ticket holders for years we sit in a row that’s supposed to be the new Riverside club. If we stay there it’ll cost twice the money OK - but it’s not OK that if we agree to join the club we won’t get our seats. THIS STINKS. FIX IT!!!
Unethical business practices performed by @ring. The trial that I received works nothing like the subscription that was sold to me after many questions that I asked. could also be a language barrier.
