Rendering PDFs on the web is painful.
- iframe/object → no control, inconsistent UI
- pdf.js → heavy, complex, performance issues
I switched to @embedpdf
Modular architecture
Full UI control (custom Tailwind setup)
Result: faster load, smoother experience, cleaner UI.

If you're building a product that requires viewing pdfs, try the EmbedPDF library. It's a modern, headless PDF viewer for React. It's such a fresh take on it and so easy to integrate. I'm so impressed!
@kenbrittain I used to build SEO content websites. Now I'm building SaaS. I'm working on combining the both and believe it will be key to growth.
But I try different strategies and double down on the things that work.
@_melissa_sm Me! I often know to describe what I want to return from a database but have no idea what sql commands to use.
Then end up googling that. An AI who can help with that would be great.
But it might be more a feature for an DB client than a standalone product.
Hi #buildinpublic community! We've been using the StoryBrand framework by Donald Miller in our SaaS and agency and it's really improved our website conversions.
Just wondering, are any of you using a similar messaging framework? #indiehackers#SaaS
@carlosvirreira Great you are looking into programmatic SEO. In previous projects that was really the one method that made me grow significantly. I'm also trying to find a way to incorporate it in my current project.
I am using https://t.co/JvClpc2949 for affiliate management
I'm diving into the unfamiliar world of marketing to grow my #SaaS. I'm exploring:
1. Content strategies
2. Paid marketing
3. Cold outreach
4. Affiliate marketing
5. Word of mouth
What challenges are you facing to step out of your comfort zone and grow? #buildinpublic
@carlosvirreira I am running some ads on Google and added an affiliate program to our SaaS and made a plan to consistently write more blog articles.
I am still trying to find channels to promote our affiliate program.
What about you? Any advice?
In the #buildinpublic community, seeing others hit $10K MRR in months while it took you 2 years for $2.5K MRR can be disheartening. But remember, slow and steady wins the race. Embrace your unique journey & keep pushing forward! 🚀 #indiehackers#SaaS
@JanTheSaasGuy I last year sold one project for 100K USD and that gave me the ability to quit hourly work and focus 100% on SaaS
I would rather not sell any business and increase MRR and live from that.
