Most religious people think they are the ones truly serving "God" while others who don't do what they do are not.

A religious person believes that if he prays five times daily, anyone who doesn't is not "close to God" — even within the same religion. For those of a different faith, they are outright lost, and he prays for them to "see the light."

The average religious person sees his truth as absolute. That's why he cannot marry outside his religion and, when he does, wants to convert his partner.

It's also why he celebrates the misfortune of those who don't share his beliefs with a "he doesn't know God" mentality. When misfortune befalls others, it's because they aren't "close to God." But when it befalls him, it's "God's will."

He accepts it as God's will in his case, but views yours as God's punishment. Why? He thinks he's better than you because he does certain things that he feels make him "closer to God."

The saddest part is that he believes you're going to hell and he's going to paradise — simply because a book he was likely indoctrinated to believe as a child says so.

I can go on and on, but my dear religious people: those who don't practice your religion are not "lost" or in need of "seeing the light." Life doesn't revolve around your religion. If your religion were the ultimate truth with the one and only omnipotent, omniscient God, other religions wouldn't exist.

Presence of money has damaged relationship as much as lack of money has damaged relationship. I know everyone wants to be rich because nothing beats living in autarky. However, if you pin your happiness on money, you'll never be happy.

Many People don't know how to behave when money comes. Money is supposed to add colour to the life you already have. Unfortunately, that is when many of you get lofty-minded and start misbehaving. You no longer have sense of community or personal values. You now think you have outgrown your partner and need someone that matches with your new identity, you think you have outgrown your friends and want to join a new clique, you no longer have respect for your older ones and want to hold court in family meeting. You're rude to everyone be ause you think you have "fuck you money." I mean, what is the point of "fuck you money" if you can't say fuck you? Some of you marry into mo.ey and forget where you cane from. You start enslaving every child from disprivileged home and maltreatment them. You maltreatment your staff bevsuse you now have power.

Money is not an end. It is only a means to an end. If you don't have control over money, you'll be fucked up. I have seen many marriages destroyed because of money. The woman starts earning more than the man and she loses respect for him and start longing after richer men. You see a man make money and instead of coming home to his wife like he usually does, he now spends more time outside and wants to knack the babes he couldn't knack prior.

Money will not bring you happiness. Happiness is often found in human relationship. It is your duty to use the money to add colour to your relationship. Your friends you hang around to eat concoction rice - you can now fine dine, you can now support their businesses, you can now dress better, eat better and have fun in better environment. The relationship and happiness is already there, now you're adding colour. The woman/man you love and go home to, you can now get them more gifts, get a better apartment for you both, eat better food, plan better for your kids, invest together, plan for retirement, travel and help your parents. Money is supposed to add colour to the beauty in the relationship. It won't create a happiness that doesn't exist. It is the same with every relationship.

When you don't have control over money and let it control you, you lose touch of what matters most. Don't make money only for epiphany to hit that you were happier before the money. Money is beautiful but it depends on how you use it. Invest, save, give to the poor, add colour to your relationships. Be confident but never let money put pride in you. If you're not even careful, you'll waste it and return to square one. Now it would be worse if you fucked up the relationships you had when you had money.

This is why I teach family values. I have eternal responsibility to my family. I have eternal respect for my parents and older brother. I have an eternal commitment to the woman I choose to marry. My friends will always be my friends till the second coming of Christ. I have a personal values to never mock the poor or abuse the disprivileged. No amount of money can make me lose sight of what is important and put asunder between me and them.

I will conclude with 1Tim 6:17-19. It says - "Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy. That they do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to distribute, willing to communicate. Laying up in store for themselves a good foundation against the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life."
