Lack of substitution cover for approved teacher absence is absolutely scandalous. SEN children will be made to be the poor relation YET AGAIN. All pupils miss out by these backwards changes to leave cover. We cannot keep papering over these canyons @josephamadigan @NormaFoleyTD1
