I signed loan docs with Kabbage for a second draw PPP loan on Jan 30, submitted them, and got an email on February 19th that the loan has expired. I never received anything telling me the loan could be drawn. Now Kabbage ignores me.

@AskAmex They have been completely ignoring me for a month.Since AMEX owns them, I'm confident they will listen to you. Aren't you a bit concerned about the blowback when prospective borrowers like me (and there are a lot of us) all sue Kabbage for lender fraud?
