Helena de Vries, de vrouw van Arno van Kessel, heeft een gedetailleerde update geplaatst over de toestand van haar man, de psychische schade die hij heeft opgelopen en de voortgang van de rechtszaak die hij voerde namens slachtoffers van de Covid-19-mRNA-injecties. Een verhaal dat de meeste gevestigde media angstvallig omzeilen.

Van advocaat naar verdachte: wat is er precies gebeurd?
In de nacht van 10 op 11 juni vorig jaar werd de Leeuwardense (inmiddels oud-)advocaat Arno van Kessel op spectaculaire wijze opgepakt. Zwaarbewapende mannen in bivakmutsen drongen zijn woning binnen, hielden zijn gezin — inclusief de hond — onder schot met mitrailleurs, en voerden Van Kessel met een zwarte kap over zijn hoofd af. Het leek op de scène uit een actiefilm. Tot februari dit jaar bleef hij vastgehouden; nu draagt hij een enkelband.

Op het moment van zijn arrestatie stond Van Kessel zeven eisers bij in een civiele rechtszaak tegen onder meer oud-premier Mark Rutte, oud-coronaminister Hugo de Jonge, Microsoft-oprichter Bill Gates en Pfizer-topman Albert Bourla. De aanklacht: aansprakelijkheid voor schade veroorzaakt door de Covid-19-vaccinaties. Het Openbaar Ministerie beschuldigde hem van lidmaatschap van een terroristische organisatie en het voorbereiden van aanslagen, onder andere op een NAVO-top. Tot op heden — ruim 14 maanden later — is geen enkel concreet bewijs voor die beschuldigingen openbaar geworden.

Marteling volgens de eigen normen van de VN
Van Kessel verbleef in de Penitentiaire Inrichting Vught — door hemzelf omschreven als “Kamp Vught” — waar hij slechts één uur per dag naar buiten mocht in een betonnen ruimte met een rooster als plafond. Ruim zeven maanden zat hij zo’n zeventien uur per dag in een ruimte van tien vierkante meter.

Volgens de zogeheten Nelson Mandela Rules, de minimumstandaarden van de VN voor de behandeling van gevangenen, wordt eenzame opsluiting langer dan vijftien dagen als marteling beschouwd. Van Kessel zat minimaal 40 dagen in eenzame opsluiting. Het VN-Comité tegen Foltering stelt bovendien dat de psychische schade na meer dan vijftien dagen eenzame opsluiting in de meeste gevallen onomkeerbaar is. Zijn behandelend psychiater onderzoekt momenteel de omvang van die schade.

Psychische littekens en een verpletterende ironie
Van Kessel ondergaat momenteel intensieve EMDR-therapie — een behandelmethode voor mensen met ernstige trauma’s. Zijn psychiatrische behandeling heeft uitgewezen dat hij door het Openbaar Ministerie bewust psychisch is gemarteld, aldus zijn vrouw. Herbelevingen van de gevangenisperiode spelen wekelijks op. Wat het extra schrijnend maakt: zijn vader was zelf slachtoffer van de nazi’s tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog.

Twee van zeven eisers inmiddels overleden
Ondertussen loopt de rechtszaak namens de vaccinatieslachtoffers door, maar de persoonlijke tol is zwaar. Van Kessel vernam onlangs het overlijden van zijn tweede cliënt uit de groep van zeven eisers. Deze man had jarenlang ogenschijnlijk geen klachten na zijn mRNA-vaccinaties, maar ontwikkelde plotseling een uiterst agressieve kanker — vier jaar na de injecties. Binnen drie maanden na de diagnose was hij dood.

De opsluiting heeft Van Kessel verhinderd om zijn cliënten optimaal bij te staan in één van de meest controversiële juridische procedures van de afgelopen jaren. Van Kessel spreekt zijn respect uit voor de moed van zijn cliënt om juridisch stappen te ondernemen tegen machtige partijen als de Nederlandse Staat, Rutte en Gates.

De vraag die niemand hardop stelt
Hoe kan een advocaat die een rechtmatige civiele procedure voert, worden opgepakt op verdenking van terrorisme — zonder dat er, meer dan een jaar later, enig bewijs op tafel ligt? Hoe rechtvaardigt een democratische rechtsstaat het vasthouden van een burger met een enkelband, terwijl de aanklacht in nevelen blijft gehuld? En waarom wordt iemand die slachtoffers van overheidsbeleid bijstaat, behandeld als staatsgevaarlijk?

De familie Van Kessel leeft nog altijd in financiële onzekerheid. Arno is door zijn trauma’s nauwelijks in staat te werken. De rechtszaak tegen de Staat en zijn medestanders sleept voort. Ondertussen sterven zijn cliënten. En het grote publiek hoort er nauwelijks iets over.

The European Commission head stated that about €10 trillion in household savings are currently sitting in bank deposits and not working for the European economy. "Europe has savings. Unfortunately, these savings are lazy,"

She wants savings to be withdrawn from other countries and instead directed toward financing the borrowing needs of European entities.

Her message to European citizens, "You will invest where the Fuhrer instructs you to invest."
