When we filled out consent forms, we gave consent to our preferred courier service companies to deliver and pick up our passports. Why then does @VFSGlobal Lagos & Abuja refuse our preferred couriers to pick up our passports?? They obviously planned to #Ripusoff

This email shows #VFSRipOff! @VFSGlobal Lagos&Abuja should answer to Canadian PR applicants why they choose to charge a huge fee from us and still engage @UPS to deliver at a cheap rate! Worse still, they ask us to pay Individually, but they send the passports inside one envelope

@PPreleaseAVO @VFSGlobal @UPS @fccpcnigeria @lasgcopa pls come to our rescue. VFS Lagos and Abuja are exploiting us unduly by imposing their courier services which is highly priced on us. Their courier is 7 times more than obtainable by normal courier service. Stop the fraud and exploitation

This email clearly shows how crafty @VFSGlobal #Lagos_Abuja office have been. First they state that they are offering a service and then make it clear that they will collect our money and then employ another courier (@UPS)to do the job. Why not let applicants use their courier?

Do not impose your courier with outrageously high charges on us. Stop ripping us off. In saner climes, the management of VFS Lagos & Abuja would have been sanctioned for this fraudulent act

There are some of us who seems to be in limbo, after getting the mail on withheld passports from @CanHCGhana
No further Extension.
No response to several mails sent for remedicals.
Not even a single acknowledgement.

We need to know the next step to take.
We also believe @CanHCGhana can do better with responses and acknowledgements.

@AdeolaJustice @VFSGlobal @vfsglobalcare @CitImmCanada To think that we have already paid a transmission fee during Biometrics and now we are being charged exorbitant prices just to return our passports??? Why not allow every applicant use their preferred courier to carry out the services they need? @VFSGlobal Lagos! We need answers.

The annoying aspect is that @VFSGlobal Lagos and Abuja will still use these other courier services to deliver applicants passports despite the fact that they charged the #VFSRIPOFF price!
Your service line hardly goes through, and when it does, the agents don't respond well!

5. Why other @VFSGlobal offices around the world accept services of other courier companies to deliver passports to and fro, but @VFSGlobal Lagos and Abuja blatantly refuse to do so, just to extort customers.
We deserve answers.

3. Why they compel people to use their own courier, despite having paid to use other courier services.
4. Why they have to separate a large family's passports Into Individual envelopes and make them pay individually, when they can actually send all in 1 envelope. Why @VFSGlobal ?

@VFSGlobal (Lagos& Abuja) have been very unfair to customers and we demand answers! @VFSGlobal and @vfsglobalcare should explain to us:
1. Why they delay in transmitting our Passports to&from IRCC.
2. Why they collate our passports and send in batches, when we paid Individually.

Why charge CA$37.92 (₦11,310) when the approved fee by @CitImmCanada is CA$18.12 for one-way courier service?
