A few wonderful things we made on yesterdays Autumn Preserves Course… Apple Chutney (made to @bodgriff Grandma Mollys recipe!) Pickled Pears, Crab Apple Jelly, we even made a bit of Pear Vodka as well!! Such a fun day. Thank you to all our fantastic guests who came.
