On the El-Rufai issue, let's be fair. No matter how close you are to the man holding the gun, you still approach him with caution.
So, first ask him whether he regrets his comments about the live broadcast and alleged phone tapping, or if he still stands by them. Then, perhaps we can all join hands and appeal to the man holding the gun. Prudence is not cowardice—it's common sense.

I'd love to see a Peter Obi vs. Omoyele Sowore showdown. Let's see who comes out on top.
One thing they both claim is that they're committed democrats, yet neither seems particularly enthusiastic about competitive party primaries. Sowore leads his own party, where few, if any, challenge his leadership, while Obi is often perceived by his supporters as someone who should simply be handed the presidential ticket.
