@dz_pint13015 @qoubayl Imam Ahmed bin Hanbal survived the ‘mihnah’ ( inquisition ) as it was called but unfortunately Imam Ahmed bin Nasr Al Khuza’i was brutally murdered by the mu’tizilah ( the influenced the caliph at the time so had a lot of power & authority)

من عجائب حجج الله السمعية على الجهمية:
. ""الحديث المسلسل بالأولية""
الذي يتناقله أهل الرواية جيلاً بعد جيل، وهو ما روِّيناه عن جماعة من مشايخنا كأول حديث سمعته منهم بأسانيدهم إلى أبي محمد سفيان بن عيينة عن عمرو بن دينار عن أبي قابوس عن عبدالله بن عمرو بن العاص رضي الله عنهما قال: سمعت رسول اللهﷺ يقول: «الراحمون يرحمهم الرحمن؛ ارحموا من في الأرض يرحمكم من في السماء» رواه الحميدي وعبد بن حميد والإمام أحمد وغيرهم.
وإلى يومنا هذا يرويه أهل السنة نُعمى عينٍ وحجة لهم، ويرويه أهل التجهم والاعتزال حجة الله عليهم بـ:
❶- بأن الله تعالى في السماء -أي في العلو- وليس في الأرض.
❷- أن الله موصوف بـ: الرحمة.
❸- أن للصفة معنى وقدراً مشتركاً بين الخالق والمخلوق، فلله رحمة وللمخلوق رحمة، وبين اللفظين قدر مشترك يتفق فيهما أصل المعنى الذي يعلمه العربي، ولله المعنى الأكمل وما يليق به، وللمخلوق المعنى الذي يليق به.
❹- أن إطلاق الصفة على الخالق والمخلوق لا يلزم منه التمثيل، فلله ما يليق به من أصل معناها، وللمخلوق ما هو على قدره من أصل معناها، فلا تعطل صفات الرحمن الواردة بدعوى أن المخلوق قد وصف بها، وكما يقال في "الرحمة" يقال في سائر الصفات، فالقول في بعض الصفات كالقول في سائر الصفات تحذو حذوها.
فكذلك يقال في: الاستواء والنزول والرؤية والغضب والضحك والوجه واليدين وغير ذلك.
❺- أن لله صفاتاً فعلية يفعلها متى شاء متعلقة بمشيئته، والرحمة صفة ذاتية، وصفة فعلية يرحم الله من شاء من عباده متى شاء، ويرحم الراحمين إذا رحموا عباده، وهذه صفة يفعلها الله متى شاء خلافاً لدين الجهمية في نفي ذلك بدعوى حلول الحوادث والتغير وغير ذلك من أباطيلهم.

الإمام ابن قدامة ذكر هذا الحديث في أول كتابه "صفة العلو" وجمع فيه بين أولية الرواية وأولية الدراية.

The teachings of Islam are very clear hence why Islam can be simply explained & people understand & come to accept it while the same can NOT be said about Christian dogma/theology without causing confusion

@quejesuisbete @clerpatriot Also to clarify your second statement, Hadeeth are not rejected to ‘hold Islam together’ any more than 37+ versions of the bible hold Christianity together.

Hadeeth are separated into Sahih, Hasan or Da’eef to preserve the truth & clarify the falsehood…
