@AustenSlade @roger_sur Agree this needs clarification. Both CVAC and FANS, IF done with the intention of clearing the stone, require similar effort. The problem is when someone does "FANS" and simply leaves the sheath in the pelvis to reduce intrarenal pressure, which is not the same effort.

@CanesDavid Many physicians undervalue the services they provide. If there isn't a price attached to something then the service is devalued. Physicians have unique expertise that came from years of training and experience. They need to leverage that.
