Loans on the Pogun credit market have a cure window. Miss a payment and a clock starts. Pay within it and the loan continues like nothing happened.
Collateral moves only after the payment is missed and the window expires. Two conditions, both about payment, neither about price.

We're pleased to support @alphagrowth1's PRIME program.
A coordinated 12-month effort focused on liquidity, deeper DeFi usage, and sustainable on-chain growth is a meaningful step for Cardano.

Next week, we're hosting a Cardano x University of Zürich Meetup with the @UZH_Blockchain Center.
Four talks on turning a student idea into a shipped project, then an apero with founders who've actually done it.

Cardano does not lack the technology to tokenize real-world assets. On the contrary, it may offer one of the most decentralized and secure infrastructures for bringing RWAs on-chain.
What has been missing is a reusable, regulator-tested bridge between the on-chain token and the real-world asset behind it. A serious RWA requires five connected layers (simplified):
1. A verified real-world asset
2. Legally enforceable ownership or redemption rights
3. The correctly authorised issuer and regulatory classification
4. KYC/AML, custody, audits, reporting and operational controls
5. Cardano tokens and smart contracts implementing the required on-chain rules (must be proofed!)
The decisive question is not simply: “Can we mint the token?”
It is: “Does ownership of that token provide an enforceable legal right to the underlying asset?”
This is why our cooperation with Chartered Investment and its subsidiary e-Sec GmbH is so important. e-Sec holds a final BaFin licence as a crypto-securities registrar under §16 eWpG, while the Chartered Investment group provides established capital-markets infrastructure covering the structuring, issuance and administration of digital securities.
Together, we are working to bring this regulated framework to @Cardano
Not just tokenizing assets, but making the tokens legally meaningful, operationally robust and suitable for regulated European markets.

BREAKING: #Cardano $ADA Founder Charles Hoskinson announces "launch date for $USDCx, end of February. We've done some amazing engineering to have a beautiful UX. You can go straight from any wallet to Coinbase, or Binance, and back, and there's instant convertibility to $USDC."
I wanted to share some perspective on the commitment behind DRep voting, both from me and from many others contributing to Cardano governance as I have now hit 125 on-chain votes.
On average, I spend around 2.5 to 3 hours on each governance action. That includes reading the proposal, researching the underlying details, understanding the requested funding or change, analysing community sentiment, speaking with relevant people, and working through the practical implications before voting.
I have now voted on 125 governance actions.
That represents roughly 312 to 375 hours of work, equivalent to around 39 to 47 full working days.
This also excludes voting and participation through platforms such as Ekklesia, along with the wider discussions, messages, and ongoing governance work that happens outside individual proposals.
DRep participation is demanding. It takes time, consistency, and a willingness to make difficult decisions in public. But the responsibility matters, and I believe the work is worth doing.
For ADA holders, this is an important metric. A voting record shows the final decision, but the time and effort behind it show the level of commitment someone is prepared to make.
Governance only works when people are willing to do the work.
If you have a proposal, please appreciate these contributions / sacrifices by DReps, it is hugely demanding, it isn't an easy job, but I do feel we are moving into the right direction.
Coin Bureau @coinbureau always overdramatizes Cardano news or puts it in a bad light.
This is the final stage of the Voltaire era — the planned culmination of Cardano’s decentralization process. 👩🚀👨🚀

400 megawatts of power is the target for Europe's AETHER AI gigafactory project to end reliance on US hyperscalers.
Achieving digital sovereignty does not require a multi-year industrial buildout.
Filecoin delivers sovereign storage today. The hardware is ready.
Midnight's rollout keeps moving: Cardano SPOs are now validating the network in the Mohalu phase, and LayerZero integration is on deck for Q3 — privacy as a service for any connected chain. Programmable privacy going cross-chain is one to watch. $ADA #Midnight
van Rossem hard fork update 🍴
The van Rossem hard fork has been successfully enacted on Cardano Mainnet! 🎉
We would like to take a moment to recognise the work of the Hard Forking Working Group to get us to this moment. Coordinating ecosystem partners, SPOs, DApps, developers and exchanges, across multiple networks to ensure a safe Mainnet event.
We would also like to thank DReps, SPOs and CC members for voting to ratify the hard fork initiation action. The first hard fork that DReps have been able to vote on, in addition to SPOs and the CC.
ShieldUSD is coming: a privacy stablecoin on @MidnightNtwrk, built by the @W3iSoftware team behind USDM.
CTO @amw7 just demoed it end to end on NerdOut, shielded transfers, DeFi-ready public conversion, and compliance where no single role can act alone.
