When you want to use restriction remember all the other (actually effective) de-stressing tools you can use... rest, gardening, meditation, a walk, a bath, reading, funny films, deep breathing, a pleasurable activity, journaling... the list goes on. Restriction doesn’t have to.
This is a powerful message from the international sporting community that we will not tolerate Putin's abhorrent assaults on freedom and liberty. Well done FIFA and UEFA.
Fat folks: reply to this w/things you're hyperaware of doing in public because of how thin/fit people usually respond.
I'll start: I'm very aware of what/how I'm eating in public bc thin/fit folks usually make it clear that food isn't for fat ppl.
Identifying high calorie food items that can provide much needed energy is surely the goal, rather than items with as little energy as possible? For promoting fully functioning metabolisms that is. Evolutionarily speaking the other approach is kind of dumb!
So... asked the husband to pick me up buttons yoghurts for puddings this week. He brought me chocolate buttons in a bag and Greek yoghurt. I mean, I’ll eat them but yeah.... 😂
