@HRBlock I can't for the life of me see how this corporation does business in mainly black communities take our money and treat us the worst. Tax season, they hold our refund and charge us late fees on our tax loans. Need to make a difference for our people !

The act of "holding" clients funds for profit voids the contract. The company, by forcing the client to pay a late fee on funds already in the lenders possession, violates both civil and criminal law. Any attorneys wanna lead this ?
