If people with diabetes were told clearly &unambiguously that if they stopped eating carbohydrate-rich foods they could probably arrest or reverse their diabetes, thousands of lives & billions of dollars could be saved? @DiabetesUK https://t.co/ywVLjLO14r
Deep down, everyone you know and respect is still a child but older now, trying each day to figure out reality.
If you could see behind the curtain of every expert, youd be disappointed. They are not demi-gods, experts or Elders. They eat, sleep, cry and poop just like you. They have irrational beliefs that they will fight for, and they are blind to this fact.
There is no one coming to save you, get off your ass and figure it out yourself!

What is the #EATLancet diet that the UN is pushing to adopt as part of its Great Reset (Great Food Transformation)? Note that reduction in red meat has coincided with rapidly increased rates of diabetes, obesity and other chronic diseases (so red meat can't be causing these)
Red meat does not cause cancer. See my short video on this: https://t.co/eA2XYXZ81q
Or the most rigorous review of red meat to date, finding "low or very low certainty of evidence" on effects that were "v. small." https://t.co/zq4IG1WbOm
