I am rarely amused by front pages of newspapers. But props to Reforma, yesterday for a bit of humor. Breaking a world record, they report, Armand Duplantis could also “jump over Trump’s wall.” And terrific infographic goes with it.
Last time I’ll mention this & I’ll let it go. But if you live in 98-99.9% totality for tomorrow’s Total eclipse & think that’s good enough, you’re mistaken. I think people (that included me at one point) don’t realize how much light the sun puts out. You should really consider making the drive to 100%, even if that takes you to a random McDonald’s parking lot.
I really tried to downplay the hype of a Total eclipse back in 2017, but it ended up being well advertised & something I’ll never forget.
