We are building a new beauty brand from the ground up and looking for a highly organized Personal Assistant to support the founder during the research, planning, and launch stages.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping founders stay organized, managing moving parts, conducting research, and building structure within a fast-moving startup environment.
Because the brand is still in its early stages, we are looking for someone adaptable, proactive, and comfortable creating systems and workflows from scratch.
Key Responsibilities

Organize research, ideas, supplier information, and product notes
Manage schedules, calendars, reminders, and follow-ups
Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and freelancers
Research beauty trends, packaging, competitors, and ingredients
Organize files, folders, and project timelines
Support social media planning and content coordination
Help build simple operating systems and workflows
Assist with launch preparation and administrative tasks
Maintain weekly priorities and task tracking
Requirements

Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong online research ability
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Interest in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, or wellness brands
Experience supporting founders, startups, creators, or growing businesses is an advantage
Professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
Must be based in Lagos and available to work within EU/UK time zones
Work Schedule: Must be available during EU/UK working hours.
