1985: Dads worked one job, averaged 40-45 hours a week, bought a home for 3x their Salary, and still had weekends with their kids, dinner at the table, and time to breathe.

2026: Dads are working 50-60+ hours. homes cost 8x their salary, friendships are almost nonexistent, and daycares are raising the kids. We lost the balance God intended for family.
