When we pursue our life's calling at the very edge of our individual capability, we live a life on fire.
One, without the other, is nothing. Zero.
(Calling) x (Capability) = A meaningful life
Life is a game. We are the players.
What few understand: the game exists, not to be won, but only to be played.
When trying to win,
We take the game [and ourselves] far too seriously.
We forget to play.
We forget about having fun.
Where's the levity?
Where's the playfulness?
Winning is impossible.
So too is losing.
If we cannot win or lose,
There can be no right or wrong way to play.
Who would anyone be to tell us otherwise?!
It is OUR game, nobody else's.
We, and only we, play OUR game.
The only way to lose the game of life is:
a) fail to recognize the game
b) choose not to play
c) play another's game rather than our own
If we acknowledge life is ripe for change,
If it's time to leave behind our former lives in search of something new,
The path before us requires we forsake Certainty.
Step boldly, step fully into the Great Unknown.
@thekitze It's less about the pack, more about the contents. Pack 2 days of clothes (maybe 3, but no more). The Mystery Ranch 3 day assault will do great
I've tasted the forbidden fruit.
I've become a free man.
I have no debts.
I have no obligations.
I am sovereign, awoken and ungovernable.
Say what you like,
Do as you please,
But know this:
Because I've tasted this fruit,
I am changed.
You cannot bend my reality.
Now and forever more,
I am a free man.
I give because I choose.
I do because I please.
Too few humans know the feeling of Freedom.
Freedom from influence.
Freedom from pressures.
Freedom from concerns.
Freedom from opinions.
They go about their lives, claiming to posses freedom.
Never knowing the true taste of sovereignty.
