@Ticketmaster@TicketmasterCS your customer service is horrible!! I cannot get a refund for @MorganWallen as I keep getting an error message. I’ve tried customer service and they said they will connect me to someone in 4 hours… that was over 24 hours ago. This is insane!
@Delta on flight from JFK to BNA and over an hour delay because the crew didn’t properly tag baggage and there’s been no update. Crew hasn’t said anything. This is a horrible experience with terrible customer service.
