@FromKulak My career was in embedded software in the telephone system. It definitely wasn't fake work, it helped society function at the time.

One of my friends just used AI to do a microcontroller based project in a couple hours that would have taken me months by hand.

@Linahuaa Grandma's stew has a lot better ingredients than the Whopper. I tend to enjoy cheap food that is made with good stuff more than anything in your post. Fancy restaurants don't inspire great joy.

I used to enjoy Pizza Hut a lot when my kids were young, but felt bad afterwards

Iran is a natural fortress with 20 million military aged men and very high nationalism atm.
The USA has no place to stage forces that won't get wrecked by drones and missiles.
