Ambieni wazee everything changed on June 25th 2024. We watched while they sided with kasongo the murderer and we saw Sifuna dodging bullets trying to plead with police to stop killing people. We will never forget, both the good and the bad.
Dear @NationAfrica,
Permit me to borrow the Broad-Based Government's own logic.
When it suits them, they insist that the 'choice of photograph tells the real story.' By that standard, today's presentation is difficult to ignore.
The photograph accompanying Edwin Sifuna's rally is a tight close-up, creating the impression of a modest gathering. Yet everyone present knows the crowd was far larger. Meanwhile, President Ruto's roadside baraza in Amagoro, attended by only a few hundred people, is photographed and presented to resemble a mammoth rally.
The headline is equally curious. There is no 'battle for Western.' That contest has already been settled politically. Western Kenya has decisively embraced Linda Mwananchi.
We respectfully protest this level of editorial framing.
Thank you, my elders at Twin Towers, Kimathi Street.
This is how power changes people. This idiot will soon find it the hard way, he has declared that he has more than enough money, we will help him squander it. Chesaa!!!
REASONS WHY I SUPPORT TUTAM:
1. Statehouse allocation increased by Kes 6.8 billion to Kes 13.64 billion from Kes 3.98 billion, a 100.6% increase. Meanwhile, hospitals lacked drugs, doctors, nurses and therapists went months without salaries, schools lacked capitation, and the new higher-education funding model was doing mathematics even Einstein could not understand. But at least the palace is comfortable for the king and his visitors. wapi makofi 👏🏿 ya rais jameni.
2. The first 20 months in office, the king made 62 foreign trips, visiting a total of 38 countries, by the second anniversary of his presidency he had made about 66 foreign trips just to fulfil his childhood dreams at a total cost of approximately Kes 2 billion, as he travelled, more Kenyans sunk into poverty and payslips got raided to fund the king’s lifestyle in the palace. Wapi makofi 👏🏿 ya rais jameni.
3. During the king’s 1st tam tenure, a total of 200 Kenyans died under police instructed brutality, parents mourned, instead of being humane and showing leadership, the king instructed police to shoot more Kenyans on the legs 🦵🏿for fun as his son bought more matatus that keep breaking traffic rules under the watch of NTSA live on cameras. Wapi makofi 👏🏿 ya rais jameni.
4. Instead of providing a conducive environment for Kenyans to create jobs for themselves, King Zakayo opted to bill us to build office 🏢 blocks and named them affordable housing to create short term employment and allegedly solving a housing crisis that was never there since almost 3/4 of houses in urban areas remain unoccupied due to affordability issues and not lack of housing. Wapi makofi 👏🏿 ya rais jameni.
5. The king oversaw the cost of fuel raising to Kes 207 a litre and blamed an Iranian war that only affected Kenya in the entire world 🌍, after realising the war excuse was a lie, the king decided to solve the problem he created via unnecessary taxation on fuel by reducing the fuel price by Kes 9/- and went to tell wananchi he has reduced the cost of living. That was like stealing someone’s goat, returning one leg and asking them to thank you for your generosity. Wapi makofi 👏🏿 ya rais jameni.
6. Instead of fixing NHIF, the king created a money looting scheme called SHAH that has been a catastrophic failure! The king has continued to publicly declare SHAH as functional despite many hospitals and users stating otherwise. Latest SHAH victims have been teachers including medics but the king does not believe it. Wapi makofi 👏🏿 ya rais jameni.
Ni wantam si wantam jameni?
@_KasKazini Corrected ...President who has refused to acknowledge and compensate the families of our sons and daughters martyred under current and previous regimes.
@itskipronoh He received from who? President. It looks he has chosen to use it to enable WANTAM become a reality. Tell your boss to add more tutumie to take him home
Standing in court today for 8 innocent Kenyans whose only "crime" was walking into a house of God with Senator Edwin Sifuna and me.
Ruto’s regime has gotten so paranoid that going to church in Kisumu is now treated as a state offense. Weaponizing the police won't hide your failures, William Ruto. Drop the trumped up charges and release our supporters now !

Kenyans shouldn't begrudge Sen Sifuna for his meteoric political rise. We should instead celebrate it. It's always a good thing when a young man gets a break in politics or any career for that matter and thrust himself into the national limelight. Remember, Sifuna hasn't elbowed anyone. He simply claimed a space that was empty since Hon. Kijana Wamalwa died two decades ago. For too long, Western was bereft of a political heavyweight that sat at the national table as of right. Sifuna seems to be the new kid on the block. And to be fair to the young man, his appeal goes beyond Luhya land.
