Had this issue my whole life. My suggestion is looking into nervous system dysregulation. Iβm assuming your body releases too much adrenaline when stressed which eats up all your insulin. No food, caffeine, high carb diet, stress, lack of sleep etc. all make things worse. Increase protein/lower carb intake, especially in the am, and look into distressing. Massage, breath work, meditation are all good places to start. Also make sure youβre hydrated. Good luck!
