The day I bought this my bike worth N1.5M, I had just N1.6M in my account and I still went ahead to buy it.

For me, my hope was to continue being paid by landlord. I felt like as long as the money kept coming, I’d be fine.

Unfortunately for me, the pay stopped coming. I had already spent almost everything on the bike, so I had to start cutting my expenses. Started making my own food at home, stopped unnecessary outings and all.

But looking back, I’m very sure that if I didn’t buy the bike that time and this same thing happened, I would still get broke even with the fact that I didn’t buy the bike.

As long as your source of income stops, you’ll likely spend finish and get broke.

That’s when I realized you shouldn’t always overthink buying something you genuinely want when you finally have the money for it.

You should buy what you want as soon as you have the money. If you even use N12M to buy a car out of N15M, walai nothing will happen to you. Na wetin settings boys dey package.

Once you have the car, your guys that’ll always want to enjoy the comfort of having a car will fuel it.

The regret of not buying an asset when you had the money will always be more than buying it and getting broke.
