You're agreeing to trade a tokenized stock at the next official price to arrive, before anyone knows what that price will be.

The platform's flagship use case is brand-new tokenized stocks: there's a window between when the token is created and when its on-chain price feed publishes its first number, and during that window the token exists but has no official price at all.

When the first official price arrives, the trade executes at that number. If one side deposited more than the other, the smaller side is fully filled and the bigger side is filled proportionally, with the unused portion returned. If no price ever arrives by the deadline, everyone gets their deposits back, no fee.

The first price is the real stock's market price at that moment, relayed on-chain.

So, buyers are betting the stock drifts down before the print lands (or just want shares at the official price instead of buying blind elsewhere)
Sellers are betting the stock drifts up, and get paid for supplying shares early

Why I like it:

-Grok is now open source. Not only is this cause for Elon to discuss grok more, but anyone can go in and look, grokkybara itself is real and verifiable in the code base
-I've seen many capybara coins fail over the last few weeks. There is definitely love for capybaras on CT, yet we haven't had a runner. Now we have a two in one grok/capybara meme
-price reacted to the anticipation of engagement, didn't happen within 2 hours of the coin being release, people took their money out. very common price action for elon coins, and engagement driven coins in general

I'm not necessarily betting on a major engagement or bullpost here, I've gotten so sick of that type of narrative because the attention span of trenchers is so cooked and I'm disgusted with the way people act when someone doesn't interact with their gamble.

What I'm concerned about:

I don't know what the dev is doing with that dog pfp as the listed picture on most terminals. DEX hasn't been updated with a banner. No comm created? I guess the dev is MIA.
