If Lindsay Clancy gets off, and I think that’s what we’re going to see happen, I suspect the juror’s responsible are the type who won’t be able to resist doing interviews. If so, they should be asked where they draw the line on psychosis. Other rapists and murderers will undoubtedly try this tactic at increasing rates, especially women.

Killers and rapists are generally psycho. Do we not jail psychopaths (or momentary psychopaths) anymore? Only if they aren’t Moms they deserve consequences? Are we giving killer Moms some special get out of jail free murder card as long as they act crazy ahead of time and document it? Do they apply this logic to men too?

What if Clancy had killed people she wasn’t related to? Then does her psychosis matter? If they were your kids, would the lives of Callan, Cora and Dawson matter enough to hold the killer responsible? Should we even have courts anymore or should we let the TikTok hivemind of lunacy decide everyone’s fate? Do they actually believe she didn’t do it when HER OWN LAWYERS admit she did it in her civil case they filed?

I’d like answers to these questions and I’m sure many others would too so we can identify just how screwed up our justice system is. Thanks!

After she took over the CIA, she locked up all drafts of the House Intel Committee report in a gun safe inside a vault in a highly secure room at CIA headquarters until she left office in January 2021. She also impounded all the examiners’ notes and other work materials.
