@ntshobane_s@HeartlinesZA It’s what’s instilled in our minds of how man should ‘be and act’.so when they cannot fill in those roles we’re expecting them to we start painting them to be weak and not fit to play father roles.we expect so much from man that even when they themselves need help we don’t see it
@ntshobane_s@HeartlinesZA That’s very true..even with me I only get to see my Dad once a year, yes he has his mistakes and all of that’ most children would say they don’t see a father in him or want no connection with him.but just that one time I get to spend with him means a lot and I treasure them
@HeartlinesZA we also have to look, understand the reasons &underlying background stories on those fathers who aren’t able to be there it might be that they also went through the same thing and they don’t know how to be there for their kids as nobody was there for them
@HeartlinesZA@leigh_shadow@MphoMaboi_ These are the first milestones,so it’s very crucial and important for a father to be there and show and give support, guidance. it gives the child a sense of belonging and a feeling of being loved. It’s the little things that groom the child and lead them into right paths.
@His_Beloved_Fay@MphoMaboi_ Parenting takes both parents so it’s not fair for one to be left to parent a child by themselves, but if the other party feels they not ready for that ,it shouldn’t make the other parent feel some kind of way about allowing someone to step in and take the role.
@HeartlinesZA Kyle saw the life his cousin Andrew lived, he saw how Rooi always made sure the families had money and how they took care of families. The only unfortunate part was the consequences that comes with this kind of life. #fathersmatterza
@HeartlinesZA Rooi is an adult version of Andrew.growing up without a father figure n having to make a living for yourself n your loved ones.if you look at it from a different angle Rooi is just trying to help these boys make something for themselves and still be able provide for their family.
