The FIFA world cup is being hosted by USA, Mexico and Canada but all the bad news are only coming from the USA.
I think the US should learn something from this .

SECURITY VOTES ARE NOT GOVERNORS' PERSONAL ASSETS
Insecurity is too sacred a subject to be dragged into the murky stage of partisan quarrels. It is a wound on the nation's flesh, and people of conscience must never turn such pain into political merchandise.
Our brothers and sisters languishing in captivity are not material for campaign nuggets. Their tears should never become fuel for anyone's political engine, nor should their suffering be converted into electoral capital.
Clergymen, as custodians of truth and shepherds of souls, must strive to understand the complexities of insecurity before surrendering to emotion. Men of God who do not first interrogate the architecture of insecurity before opening their mouths risk becoming beautiful voices delivering dangerous ignorance. And Father Mbaka sets a good example others should learn to follow.
If governors receive security votes - and today in unprecedented volumes - then the nation must begin asking the questions that matter rather than assuming there is an El-Shaddai in Aso Rock who must absorb every arrow and carry every cross.
How effectively have state governors collaborated with the Federal Government and the security agencies operating within their domains? What tangible support has been provided with the billions allocated monthly in the name of security?
Security votes are not Governors' personal assets. They are not meant for luxury shopping, girlfriends' allowances, private estates, children's school fees, exotic vacations, spouses' travel packages, mass weddings, political patronage, or other decorative extravagances. The goat entrusted for sacrifice must not become dinner for the priest.
Security votes exist for one purpose: confronting insecurity and protecting lives.
The time has come to open the books.
How far?
In a federal system, insecurity is everybody's business. The Federal Government has a role. The states have a role. The local governments have a role. When the roof is on fire, every hand must carry water.
Every layer of government must tighten its belt, buckle its armour, and treat insecurity as the collective emergency that it truly is.
In this season of noise, we must salute Father Mbaka for choosing enlightenment over emotion and for approaching a matter of grave national importance with the seriousness it deserves.
Good Morning Severally...
“When Deborah Samuel was bru.tally mu.rdered in Sokoto, Atiku issued a press release condemning the action; the following day, he withdrew it and apologised, saying it was his pressmen who issued it without his approval.”
Former SGF Babachir Lawal
Upon what premise was Deborah Samuel murdered? Did anyone of you including your leaders condemn it. What did it mean when @atiku condemned it and later deleted his tweet with apology and a lie that that condemnation was without his approval ? Whatever is not condemned is accepted
The mob based their actions on shari'a. The authorities of the place refused to prosecute the perpetrators. Your religious leaders preached the same ideologies. Your political leaders refused to condemn it even the one that condemned retracted and apologized. You cannot hide behind a finger. Stop committing murders in the name of Allah

Rev. Fr. Mbaka speaks on National Security
“If they want to overthrow Tinubu, it is not by kidnapping our children,, so that the whole Nigeria will be angry against the president.” -
Rev Father Ejike Mbaka of Adoration Ministries in Enugu state
"Peter Obi is the mastermind behind the criminality at the NDC & the displacement of Igbos. Peter Obi is a scammer and a political conman!"
- Kenneth Okonkwo
A madman runs into the street setting people’s gates on fire. Naturally, everyone comes out and talks about his erratic behavior. Not because he is important, but because his actions affect everyone around him.
If that madman then asks, “Why is everyone talking about me?” he mistakes attention for significance.
The same applies in politics. When a movement fills the timeline with insults, bullying, and cancellation campaigns, and its leaders constantly paint the country in the darkest light, people will react. You cannot watch someone trying to burn down the house and stay silent.
We talk about Obi not because he matters, but because he and his mob constant push negativity which country does not need.
Nigeria needs a reformer and he’s already in Aso rock
Reformers often are not celebrated in the present because reform is painful, uncomfortable and scary but after 50yrs you can no longer deny decisions that were turning points
One rabid ObiDENT always say "we will send Tinubu back to Lagos". Is that not a statement that shows that TINUBU actually has a home to return to which he will surely return to by 2031. Can you also say this to Obi that "We will send Obi back to Anambra" without him casting and bounding you?
