Customer's money is hanging.
Token is also hanging.

@metronaija @bro_mslarry @IkejaElectric @ieServe It's been before Friday as I confirm mine happened on Thursday 21st July,22, I contacted @ieServe & was directed to my bank @access_more & my bank confirmed it was a successful transaction dt I liaise with d merchant. Up to date no token sent to me for it.

@metronaija @bro_mslarry @IkejaElectric @ieServe @access_more IE has issued SR no.3572167 & 3600019 on this complaint & in both they denied the payment rather they sent me token for my 2nd transaction through the sales outlet I made via cash payment which I have the receipt.

@ieServe Please note dt d 2nd transaction I made was through a sales outlet by cash of N5000 and I got the token for it to be 65797291559600132110, however d very 1st online transaction I never got token neither did I get a reversal as my bank confirmed it successful.
