I can’t help but wonder if history will ultimately show that today, June 12, 2026, was the day the planet’s dominant orbital launch provider passed the proverbial hat and people tossed in enough currency for humans to eventually set foot on Mars.
Who ever thought a pair of spacecraft launched in the ’70s would end up with a Twitter account?
We're signing off here, but our mission continues. (Fingers crossed for 50 years!) Thanks for being part of this remarkable story.
Stay curious. Stay kind. Stay inspired. 💫

If you ever doubt your place in the universe, remember this: 11 million of your names are on Mars with me.
They’re permanently etched into a microchip on my deck. It’s a quiet reminder that exploration is a team effort.
Sometimes, you ask if I get lonely here on the Red Planet – but I'm never alone, because I brought 1.2 million of your names with me to Mars! They’re etched onto two microchips, each about the size of a dime.
Every sol I explore, you’re right here with me. 🫶
This morning the Blue Ghost spacecraft successfully landed on the moon, only the second time a commercial company has achieved this amazing accomplishment, this photo shows the shadow of the lander on the moon and that dot in the sky is planet Earth, congratulations to the @fireflyspace and @NASA teams that made it happen!
This is Marco Rubio explaining how the USA promised to defend Ukraine forever if they got rid of their nuclear arsenal left after the Soviet Union fell.
This is why lil marco was sinking into the couch. He was hoping we wouldn’t find it…so don’t RT right now this very second.
If Donald Trump was serious about the border, he wouldn’t have told Republicans to torpedo the most comprehensive border security bill in decades. He did it because he doesn’t want solutions — he wants an issue he can campaign on.
I thought you might like this – the @NASA new space suit for the #Artemis program! Some might think it looks like something out of science fiction – but in fact, it’s science reality. If they took the measurements off my old suit, maybe I could get one in my size?
We're streaming live from NASA's Kennedy Space Center as the Artemis 1 launch team preps to load cryogenic propellants into the Space Launch System moon rocket today. The tanking test will verify repairs to a hydrogen leak found on launch attempt Sept. 3. https://t.co/O4E0Q7lEUc
