I say it with great regret that I have fallen victim of the same thing with @AlphaCapitalUK

Follow the rules and get paid doesn't work anymore.

I requested a payout of 8.3k on 26th of July however it took them till 1st of August to simply deny a payout with the same allegation.

The worst part is I have never used any 3rd party service like Traders Connect, or copytraded accounts.

When asked for proofs they simply claim the CID was repeated on other accounts. How do I know this isn't possible ? Because I've been using 1 VPS to trade since the beginning and instead of asking for proof of ownership they simply banned the account, held my payout and deny responding to anything clearly.

I reached out to Alex as well hoping he will resolve this matter as he always claims to help the traders however he's also been ghosting my texts now. Really sad to see.

@AlphaCapitalUK I would really like it if you could resolve this issue amicably as I've always expected you guys to be responsible however you shattered all those expectations the moment you turned your back on legitimate traders.
