Great interview. Sounds like EU open to $AMZN $IRBT going thru without remedies. However parties need to make the case regulator assumptions were incorrect. Seems like a reasonable path forward. They have ample data to show harm concerns unlikely and recourse available should harm occur.
@wallstengine Amazon wants $irbt. 17 million connected consumers, 700+ robotic engineers, 25+ years of industrial experience, 600+m in revenue, a well-defined space that $amzn isn't in. All of this would take a decade for them to achieve.

JUST IN: MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell goes off during a deposition with a former Dominion executive who is suing Lindell for defamation.
I might have to buy another MyPillow after watching this.
During one of the depositions, Lindell blew up after his pillows were called “lumpy.”
“No, they’re not lumpy pillows… when you say lumpy pillows, you’re an a**hole! You got that? You’re an a**hole is what you are!”
“Lumpy pillows? Kiss my a**. Put that in your book.”
There are two types of billionaires in this world:
— One is @elonmusk, who’s shipped over **650** Starlink internet kits to 40+ organizations across Maui in order to re-connect victims
— The other is @Oprah, who’s funneling money into one of her organizations from middle class folks on social media
I haven’t met a SINGLE person here on Maui that’s gotten a dime from Oprah, but I’ve met dozens that’ve benefiting TREMENDOUSLY from @SpaceX’s internet connection.
Is it too much to ask Oprah, who owns over 2,200 acres on Maui, to step up?!
(* If anyone’s received anything from
Oprah personally please let me know! I’d love to speak with you.)
The black-footed cat is the deadliest wildcat in the world. Though they weigh only 2 - 6 pounds, they take down more prey in a single night than a leopard does in 6 months.
Someone just took a $1,100,000 on-chain loan from a stranger using an NFT representing ownership of a complete set of Supreme Box logo T-shirts as collateral
The 1000lb+ set was sent to an escrow company who then sent back NFTs representing ownership of the shirts
The borrower then used the NFT to tap into global liquidity
If they default? The lender can use the NFT to redeem the shirts
Sotheby's appraised the collection of 291 shirts at ~$2.5m a couple of years ago
Pretty insane to see the owner of a grail streetwear collection come on chain and utilize the proof of ownership that NFTs provide
