Well yes I love physical touch but the words of affirmation dawg like being told how much Im loved, getting detailed explanation of how you feel about me, little things tlhe those deep conversations you know thats my love language I swear🥹.
That’s a painful lesson, but a real one.
Sometimes it’s not that people don’t know the truth… it’s that they’ve already made peace with it in their own way. When you bring it up, you’re not revealing something new, you’re disturbing something they’ve chosen to live with.
And unfortunately, you became a reminder of what she was trying to suppress.
You did what most people would consider the “right” thing, you acted out of honesty and probably care. But life isn’t always about right vs wrong… it’s also about timing, emotional readiness, and whether someone is willing to face what’s in front of them.
Truth doesn’t always set people free immediately… sometimes it exposes wounds they’re not ready to heal.
Hard truth: you weren’t wrong, but you also walked into a situation that wasn’t yours to carry.
Next time, it’s not about staying silent… it’s about reading the room and asking yourself: “Is this truth going to help them… or just hurt them right now?”
That’s wisdom most people only learn the hard way.

I just found a beautiful scripture: Isaiah 41:10.
There will always be trials and tribulations in life, but God will carry you through every storm in your life. And give you strength to make it, even when you feel like you can't.❤️
