@elitebrudda@Piyush64216160@TouchlineX The better question is how many Portugal attacks fizzled out around the box as a result of trying to force the ball into someone who can’t even get into the right position anymore? I stopped counting at around 5.
@creedenceb7@DevKalotra1@CoreyWriting Did you miss the part where I said people find it aesthetically boring? The lack of color, identity, etc. Also, despite being one of the newer stadiums in the league, it does feel behind the times in a few ways.
@DevKalotra1@CoreyWriting It’s the home stadium of two NFL teams so instead of having a singular identity, it’s all kind of just boring and gray so it can acclimate to both.
Also the turf they use during the season is responsible for multiple serious and horrific injuries so it’s just kind of cursed.
They could’ve saved themselves some embarrassment by removing a few names here and made a (still terrible) Top 25 American Directors of All-Time list, but THIS IS SUPPOSED TO BE A LIST OF THE ENTIRE WORLD?$?!’
Among the many things wrong here, I’m about as big a Damian Chazelle shooter as you can find, but putting him anywhere near a top 25 ALL TIME at this point in his career is one of the most embarrassing things I’ve ever seen, let alone having him comfortably in.
Kind of insane how far the reputation of Thunderball has fallen in recent years. You do this poll a decade ago and the results are flipped and then some.
@Fozza11_@FergiesRightRef@MattP1Gallagher He’s been embarrassed on more than one occasion, and bad luck can only go so far. He’d still be significantly behind in the championship had things gone his way.
Biggest bottle in history is a stretch, but given the preseason narratives it’s… not a great look at all.
If Obsession and Backrooms are examples of the type of cinema Gen Z can offer, then idk maybe we should just skip this generation and see what Alpha has for us.
@TheManPartII The Bond fan community is more open and welcoming than a lot of others, but it is the only place where you won’t find basically unanimous love and praise for Craig.
@hcf_m2h Spielberg has a legitimate case for making the best of the decade so far.
You don’t have to agree with that, but saying he’s worn out his welcome is wholly unserious.
First Light is obviously great, but it comes dangerously close to having a, “What are we, some kind of Fantastic Four?” moment at the end. Thankfully, they save it in probably the best way imaginable.
For all the people saying that we should just let Patrick Gibson be Bond in the movies, I think it’s important for people to remember that he doesn’t look like that.
@bob_noss@genosamuelgeno Kylo’s Theme, A New Home, and The Jedi Steps are all standouts. Even Fun with Finn and Rose or whatever it’s called is quite memorable… to me.
