@lufthansa Hello there, I'm sorry but it doesn't really feel right that I've no answer yet from FB ID 36703073. I filled 4 claims at the very same time, this one in between, and I have received compensation from all of them but no response at all from the one mentioned. Any help?

[Oscar Garcia Bolot @Bolotet]

@lufthansa Many thanks then, I can forgive your customer service agents for telling me (twice) this FB ID does not exist, it's Christmas !!

[Oscar Garcia Bolot @Bolotet]

@lufthansa Dear Lufthansa, 3 out of 4 claims have already been paid to me fellow passsengers, but this forth compensation claim with id: FB ID 36703073 does not exist according to your Customer Service agents. Could you please confirm if it has been lost or otherwise is on queue?

@FineAndSamD I was thinking exactly the same thing, now the anger is reaching the maximum peak (including me as I have a pending a refund of 500), but unfortunately and they know it, we all want to fly paying only 9,99€... So many of us will sin again.

- Bueno, deme 200
- Ahí tiene, ¿alguna otra operación?
- Sí, quiero ingresar 150€
