@AskeBay Hahaha, thanks for your prompt response. Nigerian banking system nowadays is broken and almost everything automated are now done manually in terms of failed payments or refund. It's been 8 working days and counting

@UBACares @UBAGroup it's been 12 days since @eBay made my refund and I haven't been credited. This use to be a seemless transaction till late last year. I've sent mail about 24 hours ago and no acknowledgement till now. @cenbank there should be a regulation against this
