@minimed@frankvalentweet After over 8 hours on hold and multiple calls selecting a call back…I was finally able to speak to someone and my replacement pump is being overnighted.
@minimed sat for three hours on hold and still nothing. Called already this morning and now I don’t even get the option to save my spot and have someone call me, so on hold again, My pump has a critical error and I can’t get any help! This is life and death for diabetics!
@frankvalentweet@minimed Nope! I’m sitting on hold again instead of selecting “call back” I’ve had mine for years and typically don’t have issues. I think part of this is the new phone system they have too. Used to be able to select a number to get to the right person now we hope the ai understands
