Dinner twice this week. The reality of being #celiac while traveling 😞
Food allergies like my auto-immune disease are invisible and often not respected. In a world designed by those more able, visible & convenient it’s a battle for those “less able” & “inconvenient” every day.

@lilylimpet Yes. I love my home office but I needed to make my home feel like home again. I’d say I’ve mildly succeeded. Having a flex desk at an office is like working in a coworking space with colleagues. Hybrid it is - still uncomfortable but at least I have a choice.

@HLTHCAREProdMgr The “let’s keep ppl waiting” game at offer stage is disturbing. I once hired an APM even if I already filled the vacancy coz she was a talent. I just needed to figure out a team to start with (aka that happens). If they are hiring for APM roles, salary should def be clear.
