You ever just become the human resource that someone else is managing? Like how can we keep him working (sending cool memes and giving attention) thinking he'll get a promotion? Feel like that super-sub on the roster who never gets promoted to the lineup, but genuinely doesn't want to go play for a team in the lower division because he wants to prove himself.
