For #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek I’d like to suggest looking into ketamine treatment. Had it recently and I am definitely cautiously seeing positive results. If you’ve been fighting the battle for a long time and nothing seems to quite kick it, I highly recommend it. Peace. 💜🙌
