Really disappointing experience with Ola. I was overcharged for my ride, raised a complaint, but no action has been taken so far. There’s no proper customer support helpline to even speak to someone. Already sent an email, but no response yet. Highly unprofessional @Olacabs
Really disappointed with @AJIOLife. Order FN3643609488 was for a beige half jacket, but I got something entirely different. Need this fixed immediately.
First return was scheduled on 5th Nov, and for 4 times since then, but never picked up, can you please look into this!
