Today, we’re launching Alpamayo 2 Super, our frontier open reasoning model for autonomous vehicles.
Beyond seeing, Alpamayo understands and reasons through the complex world - thinks before it acts.
It’s a powerful backbone for robotaxis, trucks, shuttles, delivery vans, tractors and the long tail of mobile robots—billions of autonomous machines someday.
We’re releasing it for commercial use under OpenMDW-1.1 so teams can inspect it, fine-tune it and deploy it—open models advance safety and security.
The next wave of AI is robotics—and it starts with autonomous vehicles.
Great work, Alpamayo team!

⚠️ The AI debt burden is getting MUCH BIGGER than balance sheets suggest:
AI hyperscalers now have ~$1.5 trillion in lease commitments, according to Goldman Sachs, with ~$1 TRILLION yet to begin and therefore not reflected as conventional balance-sheet liabilities.
This marks a +650% surge from ~$200 billion in total lease commitments just 5 years ago.
These commitments cover data centers and infrastructure and can create significant future payment obligations even before they show up as traditional debt.
Under Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), lease obligations only appear on the balance sheet once the lease actually begins, allowing these "uncommenced" commitments to sit in filing footnotes rather than as recognized liabilities.
On top of this, purchase commitments across Alphabet, Microsoft, Amazon, Nvidia, and Oracle reached nearly $1.5 TRILLION, including contracts for chips, computing capacity, energy and other data-center infrastructure.
The scale is striking, as much of this spending is being committed before the underlying AI infrastructure has generated the returns needed to justify it.
If AI returns disappoint, these “hidden” commitments could quickly translate into billions in additional cash outflows.
An unprecedented AI debt bomb is ticking beneath the surface.

People are asking why I'm so uncensored in my criticism of Lindsey Graham. "You should respect the dead," they say.
I only respect the dead if they respected the living.
Lindsey Graham was a merchant of death. He was practically giddy about the idea of nuking Gaza or Iran, and he repeatedly demanded mass casualties of millions of innocent women and children.
A demonic creature like that deserves zero respect, living or dead.
I would also point out that there are no term limits in Hell, so hopefully he "serves" there longer than he "served" in the U.S. Senate.
