as a punishment for being hungry rn im considering making myself eat a whole raw onion… now i can understand how someone would think that doesn’t make sense, but to me it would be training myself to associate hunger with the pain of eating a whole raw onion

@dilucspo im going into my sophomore year of college, best advice is to tell people you’ve eaten inbetween classes if they ask why your meals are so small/ why you aren’t eating. i had 15-50 minute gaps between some of my courses so it made sense. either way i wish you the best 💛💛
