Whether its reckless Ben or other content creators I’m dealing with a very similar situation in Utah.

Long story short. They used pictures of signatures to forged my name.

My builder forged my signatures on construction funds already funded. Y the time he forged a construction draws reimbursing $527,000 which were fraudulently stolen funds

This was done without my knowledge, he and my bank concealed me from these emails not including my on my own construction funds. He failed to tell the bank I was paying for these things which I was supposed to get reimbursed.

When I demanded my money back and heard I was looking at legal action they sued me first. The balance that they proved that I allegedly owed them showed through discovery were funds for other homes and Lots they built on.

Let say this again, my signatures were forged stealing over 527,000. When I demanded invoices, communications proving their ligations they sued me for unpaid balances for another home.

I have the paperwork I have the receipts and communications to prove it . If Ben cannot talk about Utah corruption help me get in touch with him or other creators this would give been a voice because there is nothing stoping the courts about Ben or other content creators talking about other corrupt business. I’ve also tried reporting this to the police and other jurisdictions. They have all said the same thing this is civil.
