@sryimthedevil Ist ja nur so damit man als Arbeitgeber was machen kann, muss der Arbeitgeber ja nicht. Aber wir haben zum Beispiel so einen jungen bast*rd der immer Donnerstag Freitag krank ist. Der kann dann gehen wenn die 60 voll sind.
