Even after demanding proof of this claim that my bag weighed 4kgs - along with all my belongings - they continued with their monologues, blatant lies & lack of any empathy.

They claim my bag weighed 4kgs and hence my “compensation according to COC” is ₹1,400/- - mind you, 4 kgs including 4 pairs of formal clothes (shirt & trousers, 1 blazer, 2 sweatshirts, 2 pairs of night clothes (pyjama & t-shirts) along with a few other t-shirts and the trolley

@IndiGo6E I travelled from Delhi to Mumbai on 28.11.2025 via 6E 354. My luggage (02 bags) was checked in at Delhi Airport but only 01 bag was handed over to me Mumbai upon arrival. I have made several follow-ups but in vain. What’s the compensation policy?
